Saturday, September 11, 2010 May We Never Forget.

Remembering today our fallen heroes and the families who courageously supported them as they went into harm's way. Everywhere we've been today groups are out for the Day of Remembrance and the flags are at half-mast.  I hope we can remember this day as a day of courage and heroic self-sacrifice, a day that raised all of us to new heights of honor and integrity.  I personally am grateful for the small opportunity I had to serve and to my family who waited, watched and picked up the pieces in the aftermath.
